As a Customer Service Rep for MSG, I am responsible for keeping our distributors informed about vendor products, including pricing, production times, and other general information. This includes answering phones and emails, creating quotes, and managing specific accounts.
One of the best things about MSG is the work culture and the work-life balance. It feels like a family around here, and it helps make coming to work enjoyable. I have enjoyed taking on accounts and learning new things here at MSG. Everyone has made me feel welcome and has been great about teaching me the ins and out’s of our business. After working in a large corporation for so long, I value the team environment here at MSG. I enjoy being able to help others when needed and know that I can depend on anyone if I need help as well. I am passionate about continuing to learn how to excel in my role and learn as much as I can about our company.
When I’m not working at MSG, I love spending time with my husband and our daughter. I love to travel, the Atlanta Braves, the tv show Friends, and all things Disney, especially Disney World. Rock and alternative music are my favorites, and my husband and I love going to concerts. I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my niece and nephews weekly; we even have a family game night each week with extended family that has been going on for almost two years now. Our daughter keeps us busy with anything that involves being outside, so we spend much time with the splash pad and kiddie pool in the backyard. I enjoy being around family and friends, whether it’s just dinner and conversation or the most fantastic make-believe dress-up party with my daughter.
