Customer Support
As a Customer Support Representative at MSG, my primary responsibility is to ensure our distributors have the latest information regarding vendor products. This includes details on pricing, production timelines, and other essential information, all handled through phone and email communication, quote creation, and dedicated account management.
What I truly appreciate about MSG is its exceptional work culture and the healthy work-life balance it fosters. There’s a real sense of camaraderie here – it genuinely feels like a family, which makes coming to work a pleasure. I’ve enjoyed the opportunities to manage accounts and continuously learn new aspects of the business. Having spent time in a large corporation previously, I especially value the strong team environment at MSG. I find it rewarding to assist colleagues and appreciate knowing I can rely on them as well. I’m very enthusiastic about growing in my role and expanding my knowledge of the company.
Outside of work, my time is happily spent with my husband and daughter. I have a passion for travel, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, watching the TV show Friends, and anything related to Disney, especially Disney World. My husband and I also enjoy attending concerts and comedy shows. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish our weekly gatherings with my niece and nephews, including a family game night with extended family. Our daughter keeps us very active with her love for outdoor activities, soccer, softball, and swimming, to name a few. Whether it’s a simple dinner with friends or an imaginative dress-up party with my daughter, I value spending quality time with loved ones.
