Managing Partner
I began at MSG in 2004 through Western Kentucky University’s Internship Program as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator. I married in 2005 and now enjoy our crazy kids.
My role has changed and evolved over the years with MSG. I began by working in Customer Service and supporting our Corporate Account Manager. I then moved into Corporate Account Management, working closely with our sales team and our founder, Kevin Thomas, to better understand the many aspects of our business. In 2016, Mike Lichtenauer and I were handed the reins as Kevin retired, and I now am one of the Managing Partners. I support our phenomenal employees that work hard every day to assist our suppliers and distributors.
My passion is to develop a company that everyone enjoys coming to every day. I take great pride in knowing that the small growths that I see each day in our employees will have the most significant impact on most things I do in life.
Days after taking the reins, one of our valued suppliers reached out to provide advice that I think about every day. “Although our day-to-day impact may seem small, the ripple effects are somewhat endless.” The thought that the work that we do every day keeps the production lines running and people employed across the US and world is very humbling.
Outside of MSG, I enjoy hunting and playing golf. You also can’t beat a good group of people around a fire.
